The Infrastructure Fund (TIF) is a wholesale investment fund that invests in a diversified portfolio of unlisted infrastructure assets in Australia and overseas.

Background

TIF was established in June 1998 with the support of Gardior’s founding shareholders and investors. The Fund commenced with a single asset (Gold Coast Airport) in 1998 and has progressively grown into a diversified portfolio of 13 investments comprising 23 assets in 10 sectors spread across 5 Australian states, the UK and the United States.

Gardior Pty Ltd (ABN 71 076 835 955) is trustee of The Infrastructure Fund.

Investment Managers

Gardior internally manages four of the TIF assets.

Hastings Funds Management Limited (ABN 27 058 693 388) is manager for seven of the TIF assets.
